Our mission at Belle Institute is to provide outstanding and comprehensive learning programs to prepare students for employment as cosmetologists, manicurists, estheticians, massage therapist, and teachers of cosmetology.

As a post-secondary adult vocational school, Belle Institute offers programs in theoretical subjects and practical experiences as required by the licensing board of Pennsylvania. Programs are structured to prepare the participants for professional licensing or certification examinations. Each program is designed to develop professional and employment skills meeting the standards of profession and expectations of potential employees. At the Belle Institute, we keep up with new developments and trends in the industry. Most of all, Belle Institute, Inc. prepares students for employment interviews, actively solicits and distributes employment opportunities from employees and periodically evaluates graduates and employer satisfaction with the training provided by Belle Institute, Inc.

The Belle Institute eagerly follows all the rules and regulations set by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology, the Health Department and the Accrediting Agency. The Academy only uses the best equipment, cosmetics and supplies for their customers. The school believes that the students should be trained with the best equipment and supplies available to them.

The schools also maintains honest and fair relationship with the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology, the Health Department, the Accrediting Agency, as well as the staff, students, and customers of our school. The school advertises truthfully, and will be honest to all. It will never advertise anything that will criticize reflect badly on other schools of Cosmetology or the Cosmetology, Manicure, Esthetics, Massage Therapy or Cosmetology Teaching industries. The Belle Institute firmly believes in the critical importance of providing their instructors with the opportunity to have continuous and advanced training in the field of expertise. Therefore the school encourages all instructors to keep up with the most modern teaching techniques in the fields of cosmetology, manicure, esthetics, massage therapy, and cosmetology teaching. The staff and instructors are encouraged to take part in many educational conferences and regional meetings so that they can promote and advance the cosmetology profession. The instructors are encouraged to keep themselves ahead of the most modern teaching methods by learning from many kinds of textbooks, workshops and audio-visual aids.

Lastly, the school never solicits students who are already enrolled in other school with the same program.
